These Pre-Order Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all pre-orders placed for Dentadurance products (“Products”) via our website. By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

basis prior to their official release or shipment date. Where a Product is offered as a

shipping timeframe.

  1. Shipping & Fulfilment

  • Pre-order Products will be shipped once they become available.

  • Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

  • Shipping dates may change due to factors outside our control, including (but not limited to) manufacturing timelines, quality control, logistics delays, or regulatory requirements.

  • If there is a material change to the expected shipping timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.

  1. Delays

While we aim to ship pre-order Products as close as possible to the stated timeframe, you acknowledge that delays can occur. Dentadurance shall not be liable for delays that are outside our reasonable control. If a delay becomes significant, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with Section 6 below.

Pre-order Products may be offered in limited quantities. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the number of pre-orders per customer

  • Stop accepting pre-orders at any time

  • Allocate stock on a first-come, first-served basis

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 Cancellation by You (Customer) Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your pre-order at any time before the Product has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@dentadurance.com. If your pre-order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

6.2 Cancellation by Us (Dentadurance)

We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders at our discretion prior to dispatch, including (but not limited to) circumstances where:

  • We are unable to fulfil the pre-order due to manufacturing, quality control, or supply chain constraints

  • Regulatory, compliance, or legal considerations affect our ability to supply the Product

  • We decide to limit or withdraw shipping to certain regions or jurisdictions (including international or EU destinations)

  • An error has occurred in pricing, availability, or product information

If we cancel your pre-order, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, issued to your original payment method. We will notify you of the cancellation using the contact details provided at checkout. Dentadurance shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages arising from the cancellation of a pre-order beyond the refund of the purchase price.

Once a pre-order Product has been dispatched, our standard Returns Policy applies.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to Product specifications, packaging, or presentation prior to launch, provided such changes do not materially affect the nature or intended use of the Product.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
